How will i find the driver?
Our drivers are easily identifiable with the use of name boards with your name on it. The driver will greet you when you arrive and help you with your luggage to the car and take you to your destination in a timely manner.
You can track the driver real time location with out mobile application. The name of driver and vehicle number is also mentioned in the application which helps you find the driver easily. When you find the driver, he will help you with your luggage to the car and take you to your destination in a timely manner.
What should i do if i can’t find my driver?
In the unlikely event that you can`t see your driver on arrival, then call us on 020 8890 0220, quoting your name or reference and our trained staff will have no problem in assisting you and tracking down your driver.
What sort of vehicles do you have available to hire?
Gatwick Minicabs owned a variety of vehicles including saloon cars, Big MVP vehicles for families, small electric cars for carrying your packages across London, variety of Vans to carry your luggage. Chose a vehicle that best suits your needs.
What sort of payment methods do you accept?

Yes we are 24 hours 7 days available at your service all across the London. we never close and are always on hand to take you to your destination on time and in total comfort, any time of the day including all public holidays as well as Christmas and New Years Day.
Are the drivers are expert in going anywhere at London?
All of our driver are expert in their job with more than 1 year PCO experience. All of our cars are equipped with PDA (Portable Digital Assistant) devices loaded with an up to date satellite navigation software to assist them with finding the right destination.
What if i forget my luggage in car?
If you have left any property in the car we have a procedure that our drivers will return the lost property to our main office. If we can locate what you have lost and who has lost it, then we can keep your item securely until you need to collect it or have it posted out to you for a small fee or you can also have it dropped off by one of our drivers, which will also incur a taxi fare charge.
What if for whatever reason my driver isn’t able to take me to destination?
When you book with Gatwick Mincabs, we take pride in making sure you get to your destination no matter what the problem. So if your designated driver can`t make it due to, for example a breakdown, we will make sure a replacement driver is with you in a timely fashion and at no extra cost to you.
Can i pick one of your taxi straight off the street?
Our company runs Private Hire Cars, so you must book the taxi first through our dispatch office on 020 8890 0220 and wait for your properly licensed driver to come and pick you up. Only London style Black Cabs may be hailed of the street in the city of London.
Minicabco is a licenced private hire company?
Yes, we are licensed by the Public Carriage Office and by law all cab companies need to licensed by the PCO. Also all our drivers are licensed to drive a cab too and are ENHANCED CRB checked for your safety and peace of mind.
How old are your vehicles?
At A1, we usually keep vehicles on the fleet for no longer than 5 yrs.
